Sound familiar?
Knowing exactly what to do, and not being able to start.
Exhausted from masking and holding it together all day.
Criticism that lands far harder than it should.
Overwhelm when too much comes at you at once.
If two or more of these ring true, it's worth a conversation.
Why come to us?
Therapy that fits how your brain works. Practical, structured CBT for planning, getting started and managing overwhelm, and ACT for the shame and frustration that build up over years of being misunderstood.
You don't have to change who you are. The aim isn't to make you more ‘normal’. It's to make daily life, work and relationships easier on your terms.
The anxiety and low mood too. They often come with ADHD and autism. We work on all of it together, not one piece at a time.
Clear about what we do. We offer therapy only. We don't diagnose, screen or prescribe, and we work with adults.
How it works
1. A free 15-minute chat. Talk it through with a BACP-registered therapist. No assessment, no obligation.
2. Your first session. Online, or in person in Horsham or Wimbledon, whichever suits you. We get clear on what's going on and what you want to be different.
3. A plan you can see. You'll know what we're working on, and every six sessions we check it's working. The aim is for you to need us less, not more.
Start with a conversation, not a commitment
