Not an EAP. Something that actually changes things.
The Employee Assistance Programme model was designed for triage and crisis signposting. It was not designed for sustained psychological change. Most EAP provision goes unused. When it is used, it rarely delivers more than a few sessions with a therapist the employee has never met and may never see again.
Eunoia's corporate offer is different in structure and in intent.
What we offer organisations.
We provide a contained, high-quality mental health service for organisations that want to go beyond box-ticking. Our model is built around three things: a named therapist with real clinical credibility, structured sessions that deliver measurable outcomes, and reporting that gives senior leadership an honest picture of workforce wellbeing — without individual disclosure.
It works especially well for leadership teams, small professional services firms, and organisations in high-demand environments where the people most likely to need support are also the least likely to ask for it.
What a partnership includes.
Each partnership is scoped to the size and needs of the organisation. A typical arrangement includes a monthly allocation of therapy sessions, group sessions, a quarterly psychoeducational workshop, and anonymous utilisation reporting so senior leadership has a clear picture of what is being used and why.
Pricing is discussed at an initial consultation. There are no published rates — every engagement is scoped individually. Get in touch to start a conversation.
Why a named clinician matters.
When a platform algorithm assigns whichever therapist is available, the employee starts from zero each time they access the service. There is no continuity, no therapeutic alliance, and therefore no meaningful clinical progress. They are, in practice, receiving intake assessments repeated indefinitely.
Eunoia's model means your people work with Albie Mew-Davies — a BACP-registered therapist (MBACP 415049) with clinical experience at the Priory Group and specialist training in ACT. They know who they're seeing. They can trust who they're seeing. The work builds.
Who this is for.
Eunoia's corporate partnerships work best for organisations in professional services, financial services, tech, law, healthcare, leadership, or high-accountability roles. If your team is composed of high-functioning people who are unlikely to self-refer to a generic EAP but would value access to a named, credible clinician — that is the population we work with.
What this is not.
We are not a crisis service. We are not a mental health platform. We don't offer unlimited low-grade sessions that tick a compliance box. We offer structured psychological work with a real clinician, delivered with accountability and measurable outcomes.
