Sound familiar?

  • A thought you can't un-think, and fear of what it says about you.

  • Checking, then checking again.

  • Reassurance that helps for twenty minutes, then the doubt comes back.

  • Rituals in your head that nobody else can see.

If two or more of these ring true, it's worth a conversation.

Why come to us?

  • The approach that works for OCD. CBT with exposure and response prevention (ERP), the NICE-recommended treatment, alongside ACT.

  • Nothing you say will shock us. Harm thoughts, sexual thoughts, religious fears: we know what they are. OCD, not you.

  • Always at your pace. Every step is agreed together and built up gradually. Nothing happens that you haven't chosen.

  • One therapist throughout. No re-explaining the thoughts you find hardest to say out loud.

How it works

1. A free 15-minute chat. Talk it through with a BACP-registered therapist. No assessment, no obligation.

2. Your first session. Online, or in person in Horsham or Wimbledon, whichever suits you. We get clear on what's going on and what you want to be different.

3. A plan you can see. You'll know what we're working on, and every six sessions we check it's working. The aim is for you to need us less, not more.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.
