Engage with our experienced therapists to develop tailored strategies addressing anxiety, stress, burnout, and OCD. Book a free appointment to begin your journey toward sustained well-being in challenging circumstances.
Evidence- based work. Not wellness theatre.
Our clinical approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — a third-wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapy recognised by NICE. ACT doesn't aim to eliminate difficult thoughts and feelings. It changes your relationship to them — developing psychological flexibility, so you can act on what matters even when life is difficult.
We use validated psychometric tools — GAD-7, PHQ-9, and AAQ — to establish a baseline at the start and measure change throughout. Sessions are 50 minutes. The initial assessment is 60 minutes. There is structure to the work from day one.
Comprehensive Psychological Therapy Services for Adults Managing Anxiety, Stress & Burnout, OCD, Depression, Bereavement & Grief, Insomnia & Sleep issues, LGBTQ+, and ADHD.
Step 1 — Free 15-minute call
A short, honest conversation. No questionnaire, nothing to prepare. We want to hear what's going on and make sure we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so — and point you somewhere better.
Step 2 — Initial Assessment
A 60-minute clinical session with a BACP qualified therapist. We take a proper history, use validated psychometric tools to establish a baseline, and agree a direction of work with you. This is the first clinical session, not an intake form.
Step 3 — Structured therapy
Weekly sessions, online or in person in Horsham. Progress measured throughout. The same clinician from start to finish.
Start with a conversation.
The free fifteen-minute call isn't a clinical assessment. There's nothing to prepare. It's a short, honest conversation about what's going on for you and whether we're the right people to help. If we're not, we'll tell you — and we'll point you somewhere better.
